Reporting Your Results

After sampling each well in your neighborhood network, the results should be reported to both the well owner and the Community Well Water Testing Program. Please make sure you fill out the datasheet completely, and save a copy of the data form in case it gets lost in transit. Digital forms can be saved on your hard drive, paper forms in the envelope in your kit. These forms may be downloaded below and e-mailed to the program managers well.water@oregonstate.edu. Postcards should be mailed or delivered to each well owner every month.
